Nature of the service. The Site is an automated, impersonal research tool: it measures publicly accessible facts about websites submitted to it and publishes graded reports of general circulation. Content is not tailored to, and does not address, the objectives, situation, or particular needs of any specific person or business. Grades and recommendations are informational measurements, not professional marketing, legal, financial, or investment advice, and no ranking, traffic, or business outcome is promised or implied.

Publisher status — Investment Advisers Act Section 202(a)(11). To the extent any content on the Site touches financial topics, the Site and its operators are publishers of impersonal, bona fide news, data, and commentary of general and regular circulation and rely on the publisher's exclusion in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Submitting a URL. Submit only websites you are entitled to have analyzed (your own, or publicly accessible sites reviewed for research). Our crawler fetches a small, fixed set of public resources with a stated user agent and strict limits. Reviews of a submitted site become part of the Site's public directory; site owners may request removal via Contact. Abuse — bulk submission, probing non-public systems, or attempts to manipulate grades — is prohibited.

Data. Measurements reflect the crawl time shown on each review and may be incomplete, delayed, or superseded as websites and external services change; verify against primary sources before acting. Sources are identified on Data Sources.

Content and use. Site content is for personal, informational use. Automated bulk scraping of rendered pages is discouraged — a free read-only JSON API is provided instead. External links belong to their respective sites.
